Kim McCuen, RN, MSN, CPNP
Practice Experience:
Mrs. McCuen joined The Pediatric Group in September, 2007. She has
worked in a variety of settings including a county health department,
school based health center, private practice and a college where she
taught nursing. While she enjoys all aspects of pediatric care, Mrs.
McCuen especially likes well child visits and health education.
Education:
Mrs. McCuen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from James
Madison University in 1990. She received her Master of Science in
Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of
Texas at Arlington in 1993.
Certifications and licensing:
Mrs. McCuen is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the
Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is also licensed as a
Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse through the State of
Virginia.
