Please call during our regular office hours. Between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., our staff will be happy to assist you with any appointments.
Each office has a core of group physicians and nurse practitioners to enable you to establish a relationship with a familiar face and style of practice. In order to best meet our patient’s needs we must work by appointments. For your well visits, routine physicals, and scheduled follow-up appointments, you may request a specific provider, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Well child visits, re-checks and appointments for long-standing problems are scheduled in advance. Sick visits are scheduled the same day your child is ill. If your child’s sibling is also sick, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In order for our practice to stay on schedule, please call 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. The Pediatric Group does not encourage walk-in visits, as your child will receive the best care by seeing his or her physician or nurse practitioner regularly. Please call if you are running late, and if necessary, a new appointment time for the same day or rescheduling will occur. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you may be rescheduled for the next available appointment. Please be aware of your insurance plans, benefits and restrictions, and bring a copy of your child’s insurance card to each visit. Payment is requested at the time of service, although special arrangements can be discussed in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Should you find the need to cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will result in a service charge.
The Pediatric Group provides nursing advice from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Our triage nurses are specialized in pediatric care and advise you on appropriate home care or schedule an appointment for your child. In addition to being a resource for health information, our entire skilled nursing staff works together with our physicians and nurse practitioners to monitor, support and adjust your child’s medical and well child care.
