Practice Announcements

Electronic Medical Records

Our practice is currently transitioning to electronic medical records. We are excited about the improved efficiency of receiving information from specialist visits and laboratory results. This system will also allow our providers to have your child's medical records when they are seen on Saturday regardless of which office we normally see your child.

During the transition time, you may notice it taking a little longer for your appointment. We appreciate your patience during this transition phase. Please feel free to contact your child's home office with any questions or concerns you may have about the electronic medical records system.

Patient Survey

It is the staff and the provider's goal to provide you and your child with the best possible service. We would like to invite all the parents of our patients to fill out survey. Please Click here to take survey.

We have links to the Local School forms and High School Athletic forms . If you don't find the form you need, please go to your child's school district for the forms you need.

We're now on Facebook!

"Like" our page on Facebook. You will find announcements and links to health/ safety information and recall information.

Hot Weather Safety

Warmer weather has hit Northern Virginia. We encourage all of our patients to practice heat safety on extremely warm or humid days. For more information about how to keep your child safe go to the Virginia Department of Health's website or read the "Heat Stress" section of the American Academy of Pediatrics' Summer Safety .

Saturday Hours for sick visits

On Saturday mornings, the phones will be open to schedule appointments from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. We will see sick children from all of our offices at the Manchester Lakes location until approximately 11 a.m. or until the last patient is seen. We are charging a $10 fee, which may or may not be covered by your insurance, for these appointments.
