Top 3 things you can do to help us file your child's claim smoothly
Health insurance is meant to cover some, but not all of your child's medical costs. We expect payment of any copays during the check in process before your child is seen. Please make sure you are aware of any deductibles, coinsurance, or proceedures that are not covered by your insurance. If you have questions about these items, we recommend you call the member services number on your insurance card.
You will be asked to show us your child's current insurance card at each visit. We ask this question to keep our records as accurate as possible, and also to properly file to your insurance company for payment of the services we provide to your child. All patients receive the same medical treatment in our office regardless of insurance coverage. However, there are some administrative procedures that must be altered for certain managed care plans.
If you have any questions about your bill, please call CPR who handles our billing at (571) 481-2455. You may have to leave a message and a representative from CPR will call you back to answer your questions.
